I use to be a health freak, no lie.  But, somehow between college and work I stopped being as healthy.  Don't get my wrong, you still can't get me to eat candy, chocolate, red meat, or drink soda. haha! But, I stopped eating as many grains, veggies, and all around good meals.  Last month I decided that I was done with the bad choices I picked up.  I cut out cheese, and limited the amount of chicken I eat.  Wow! You won't believe how clear my skin looks right now.  I have suffered from allergies, breakouts and eczema since I was a little girl, but right now you wouldn't know it.  I love looking at my face (without sounding vain).  It hasn't been this clear in a longtime.  Goodbye bad choices, hello clear skin!
Love it.

Ever wonder what goes on in the course of day around the world? Birth, deaths, gallons of gasoline sold, or how many chickens were eaten? Well, your questions may be answered.  Poodwaddle World Clock is a clock that calculates world occurrences.  This is one of the best websites that allows individuals to stay up to date on the world stats, and it even is available in several languages.  Wow, this puts an end to me constantly wondering what is going on and trying to search the census like crazy.  It even tells you how many people have died from Cancer within the minute.  I hope that this reaches people all over the world.  Please check it out and leave a comment.

Ok, I live for this movie.  It is one of the best in my eyes.

Based on the classic by Harlem Renaissance author Zora Neale Hurston, the film depicts the timeless, lyrical and passionate story of a beautiful and resilient woman's quest for love, sensual excitement and spiritual fulfillment, despite society's expectations of a woman of color in 1920s America. Ms. Berry stars as Janie Crawford, whose journey takes her through three marriages with very different men, and during which she experiences all that life has to offer, from tremendous success to unspeakable heartbreak.

I cried watching this movie, laughed and smiled.  If you haven't seen it...you must! After watching this movie, I wanted Halle and Michael Ealy to be together in real life.  No one can deny the chemistry that they had.  I guess it's not too hard to have sparks fly with Michael. HA!

Here's a clip:
